AB Bilateral diaphragmatic paralysis is a known cause of respiratory failure. Diagnosis can be difficult, particularly in the acute setting. We present the case of a gentleman diagnosed with bilateral diaphragmatic paralysis secondary to phrenic neuropathy in the setting of cervical spondylosis.
