JF Clinical Medicine JO Clin Med FD Royal College of Physicians SP 142 OP 148 DO 10.7861/clinmedicine.3-2-142 VO 3 IS 2 A1 Dame Brenda Hale YR 2003 UL http://www.rcpjournals.org/content/3/2/142.abstract AB This paper discusses the present extent and limits of a persons right to choose when and how to die, in the light of the contrasting decisions in the cases of Mrs Pretty (who was not allowed the choice) and Ms B (who was), and of the European Convention of Human Rights.
