We report a case of a patient with bilateral femorotibial occlusion and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection. The patient was treated with femoroperoneal vascular bypass, debridement of wound dehiscence and targeted antimicrobial therapy for symptom resolution and healing of the wound.
