Eligibility criteria (in accordance with the product licence):
Hospitalised with COVID-19 With pneumonia requiring supplemental oxygen Adults, and adolescents ≥12 years of age and ≥40 kg eGFR ≥30 ml/min Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) below 5 times the upper limit of normal at baseline
Remdesivir should be avoided in pregnancy unless clinicians believe the benefits of treatment outweigh the risks to the individual. |
