A review of the articles about facial palsy in Wegener's granulomatosis showed thirty-six published papers, with a total of 49 patients (Table 3) [25,27,28,31,32,36,45–74]. Fifteen cases of bilateral facial paralysis were present [28,32,53,54,60,66,67,70–73].
